A solemn ceremony to open the 23rd Rhythmic Gymnastics European Championship took place at the Heydar Aliyev Sports and Concert Complex in Baku on June 29.

WORLD RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS CHAMPIONSHIP IN BAKU ROUNDED

The 27th World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship being held at the Heydar Aliyev Sport and Concert Complex in Baku has rounded on October 9. Some 150 gymnasts from 47 countries have competed in the individual and group exercises.

SOLEMN OPENING CEREMONY OF 27TH RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

Solemn opening ceremony was held on October 3 at Heydar Aliyev Sport-Concert Complex for the 27th Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championship. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of the Republic of Latvia Mrs Vaira Vike-Freyberga, paying an official visit to our country, attended the ceremony.

AGF CUP COMPETITIONS STARTED IN BAKU ON CALISTHENICS

On May 13 in Baku at Heydar Aliyev Sport-Concern Complex first cup competitions of Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation on calisthenics started. In tournament, which has status of stage of World Cup, 105 gymnasts from 24 countries compete.
