May 10, a solemn ceremony took place at the Buta Palace on the 87th birthday of national leader of Azeri people Heydar Aliyev and the 6th anniversary of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
March 3, Mehriban Aliyeva, First Lady of Azerbaijan, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, MP, met with Head of UNICEF Baku Office Mark Hereward.
Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva, First Lady of Azerbaijan, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, met on September 13 at the President Palace in Vilnius with Alma Adamkiene, spouse of Lithuanian President.
A brief meeting took place between Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva, spouse of the President of Azerbaijan, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, MP, and Sheikha Mozah bint Nasser Al Missned, spouse of the Emir of Qatar, on August 28 at the lounge of Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
