President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva commemorate the 20th January martyrs

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva commemorated the 20^th January martyrs on January 20 - the Day of National Mourning – at the Alley of Martyrs.

The Head of the State put a wreath before the monument “Eternal Flame”.  

The State Anthem of Azerbaijan was performed by the special model military orchestra of the Ministry of Defence.

State and government officials, heads of religious communities in the republic,  ambassadors of foreign countries to Azerbaijan, as well as representatives of international organizations attended the ceremony.
